Harold Kinley is a licensed Backflow Device / Cross Connection Device / Premise Isolation Technician, Master Plumber and Licensed OWWA.
We are fully licensed and fully insured. We are registered to perform tests within the City of Toronto, Mississauga and Peel Region.
Backflow Prevention Devices Must be Tested Annually
When it's time to have your Backflow Device / Cross Connection Device tested, contact us to arrange an appointment.
After testing, we will submit results to your municipality.
Should the device fail the test, we will do our best to repair the device, not replace it at a huge cost. We prefer to repair devices as replacing a device requires a building permit.
Why a Backflow Device?
City of Toronto and Peel Region have made annual testing mandatory for premise isolation.
Backflow prevention devices prevent the “backflow” of pollutants and dirty water from flowing back to the municipal water system. These devices protect us against water-borne diseases and keep the integrity of our drinking water.
